Refund policy

Please take note of our Refund Policy:

We do not issue refunds for digital products once an order is completed and fulfilled due to their downloadable, non-tangible, irrevocable nature. Upon completing your order, download links will be available immediately and sent via email. Please ensure to download and save your files immediately after completing your order. If you encounter any issues receiving links, please contact us for assistance.

Please be mindful of the following before making a purchase, as no refunds or credits will be issued for the following situations:

• Changing your mind about an order
• Not saving or losing access to purchased file
• Buying an item by mistake
• Assuming that a physical product was being purchased (Every product page discloses that items are digital downloads)

Duplicate orders are the only exception. Please keep track of previous purchases to avoid this situation. However, if it ever occurs, please reach out to us. Note that if a duplicate order is confirmed, a refund will not be provided; however, we may issue store credit.
